Job seekers receive support to prepare a resume, create online employment profiles and practice for interviews. Job seekers are also connected with industry mentors within their vocational area of interest.

We The People Community Health Worker Corps @ Damien Ministries supports anyone with their own lived experience in navigating health access to become a credentialed community health worker through subsidized training, and volunteer pre-employment experiences.
